Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are on call Sundays for local funeral orders, please call us at 865-981-4222.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy
Some addresses in 37801 & 37804 are outside our delivery area. Orders that are received by our shop going outside our delivery area will be voided, and the customer notified. If you would like to verify that an address is within our delivery area, please call the Flower Shop, 865-981-4222.
Free delivery applies to local funeral homes only. It does not apply to deliveries for services held at a church.
A local delivery fee of $9.95 for holidays will be charged for delivery in Maryville. Free delivery to all local funeral homes and the hospital. U.S. orders must be received before 11 am. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
It is our store policy that we must have a phone number for recipient on all orders. We will only leave orders if weather permits and it is specified on order that it is okay to leave.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee timed deliveries.
The Flower Shop is open for funeral work on Sundays to all local funeral homes in our delivery area. For any questions or concerns regarding a Sunday order, please call us directly at 865-981-4222.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Teleflora's substitution policy does allow for items of same value to be substituted without contacting the customer. Please be advised that we follow Telflora's recommendations for allowed substitutions.
